Taylor Swift avoids trial as she settles lawsuit claiming she copied clothing company's Lucky 13 brand

Taylor Swift has reached a confidential settlement with a California clothing company that accused her of infringing on their Lucky 13 trademark.
Back in July, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that The Bad Blood singer, 25, was being sued by Robert Kloetzly, who claimed she'd ripped off his rock and roll fashion line.
In August a judge ruled that, despite her objections and busy schedule, Swift had to submit to a deposition ahead of a January trial, but the settlement agreed Friday puts an end to the legal case,The Hollywood Reporter said Monday.
